Reporting to the Regional Head, Business and Development, your duties and responsibilities for the Group of Companies are as follows:

Sales & Business Development

• Respond to venue enquiries promptly.

• Conduct venue tours and presentations.

• Prepare proposals, quotations, and rental agreements.

• Follow up on leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.

• Develop relationships with corporate clients, event planners, schools, and community organisations.

• Identify opportunities for repeat business and referrals.

• Achieve monthly and annual venue booking targets.

Venue Operations

• Coordinate with clients before each event to confirm logistics and requirements.

• Liaise with vendors, caterers, decorators, AV suppliers, and security teams.

• Oversee venue setup and teardown.

• Ensure the venue is clean, safe, and event-ready.

• Handle on-site event coordination and resolve operational issues promptly.

• Maintain venue inventory and coordinate maintenance when required.

Administration

• Manage the venue booking calendar.

• Liaise with Finance to prepare invoices and coordinate payments.

• Maintain client records and booking documentation.

• Generate monthly sales and operations reports.

Your duties shall comprise the duties of your appointment, and without further remuneration, other duties deemed appropriate by the Company.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Events, Business, or a related field.

• 1 to 2 years of experience in venue management, hospitality, or event operations.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

• Comfortable working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when required.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
